Role Overview:

As a Full-Time HHA/Floater at FirstLight Home Care, you will play a vital role supporting both our clients and the caregiving team. In this position, you’ll provide direct care to clients throughout Bucks & Montgomery Counties, perform client & caregiver introductions and have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of seniors in our community.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide non-medical personal care and companionship services to senior clients.
2. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including mobility support and fall prevention.
3. Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
4. Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
5. Respond to last-minute call-outs, emergency coverage needs, and schedule gaps.
6. Ensure continuity of care and client satisfaction during coverage shifts.
7. Conduct initial client introductions and assist with care transitions.

Qualifications:

3. Ability to communicate effectively in English.
4. Experience in caregiving or a related field.

3. Are skilled in managing schedules and team coordination.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is Full-Time, available Monday through Friday. Travel is required using your own vehicle to client's homes. You will be reimbursed for mileage driven in between clients.

Location:

This position is on-site at FirstLight Home Care in Doylestown, Pennsylvania and in client homes & facilities throughout Bucks & Montgomery Counties.
