Our mission is to make sustainable fashion accessible while providing customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic leader with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. This individual will work closely with the Store Manager to maintain operational excellence, develop team members, and drive overall store performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, customer service, and human resources.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience by maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.
• Train, supervise, and mentor team members to encourage professional growth and strong performance.
• Oversee daily sales floor activities, backroom organization, backstock, and inventory processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment.
• Review daily reports to monitor inventory levels, evaluate product availability, and maximize merchandise presentation on the sales floor.
• Help foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven team culture.
