Role Overview:

As a Caregiver at FirstLight Home Care of BuxMont, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to our clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our dedicated team to ensure that all clients receive the compassion and attention they deserve. By working on-site throughout Bucks & Montgomery Counties, you’ll have the opportunity to engage directly with those you care for, making a meaningful impact in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
2. Support clients with medication management and reminders.
3. Assist with mobility and transportation to appointments.
4. Engage clients in meaningful social interactions and activities.
5. Document and report changes in clients' health or behavior to the care team.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with seniors.
2. Strong communication skills, including proficiency in English.
3. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
4. Previous experience in a caregiving role is a plus.
5. Flexible availability for full-time, part-time, and on-call shifts.

Bonus If You:

1. Have certifications in CPR or First Aid.
2. Have specialized training in elderly care or related fields.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position offers Full-Time, Part-Time, and On-Call shifts 7 days a week.

Location:

This position is on-site only in throughout Bucks & Montgomery Counties.
