Role Overview:

As an In-Home Caregiver at FirstLight Home Care, you will be responsible for providing compassionate support to our clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with families to ensure that their loved ones receive the high-quality care they deserve, helping to enhance their daily lives. Whether you work full-time or part-time, you’ll have the flexibility to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide personal care and companionship to clients in their homes.
2. Assist with meal preparation and medication reminders.
3. Support with transportation for clients to appointments and social activities.
4. Perform housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment.
5. Engage in meaningful conversations and activities to promote mental well-being.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Compassionate and patient demeanor.
2. Strong communication skills in English.
3. Experience in caregiving or related fields is a plus.
4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
5. Dependable and reliable with a strong work ethic.

Bonus If You:

1. Have experience with dementia or specialized care.
2. Hold any relevant certifications in caregiving or first aid.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as both Full-Time and Part-Time, with available shifts throughout the week, including weekends.

Location:

This is an on-site position located in Columbus, Ohio.
