Role Overview:

As a PM 800pm to 10pm shift Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers of Lehigh Valley, you will be responsible for providing quality in-home care to our clients while developing enriching and meaningful relationships with them. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with families and other caregivers to ensure our clients live their lives to the fullest. Whether you work full-time or part-time, you’ll have the flexibility to manage your schedule while making a difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist clients with activities of daily living, ensuring their comfort and safety.
2. Engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities to promote social interaction.
3. Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social events.
4. Document and report changes in client’s health and well-being to the appropriate staff.
5. Utilize our CareGiver Mobile App to track work schedules and client care plans, enhancing communication with families.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Experience in caregiving or a related field (CNA, nursing, hospitality, etc.).
2. Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to providing quality care.
3. Strong communication skills in English.
4. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits.
5. Ability to work flexibly between 20 to 40 hours per week.

Bonus If You:

1. Have a certification in first aid and CPR.
2. Are bilingual in English and another language.
3. Have prior experience in a similar position within home health care.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as both Full-Time and Part-Time, with flexible scheduling options from Monday through Sunday.

Location:

This position is on-site only, based in Coopersburg, Pennsylvania.
