Role Overview:

As an In-Home Caregiver at Assisting Hands North Austin, you will be responsible for providing personalized, non-medical support services to our clients, enabling them to maintain their dignity and independence in the comfort of their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our dedicated team to ensure that individuals receive the compassionate care they deserve. Whether you work full-time, part-time, or on-call, you’ll have the flexibility to manage your schedule while making a meaningful impact in clients' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide attentive, personalized care to clients in their homes.
2. Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
3. Support clients in maintaining their routines and preferences.
4. Engage in companionship and provide social interaction to enhance clients' quality of life.
5. Document and report changes in clients’ conditions to the appropriate team members.

3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Flexibility to adapt to different client needs and schedules.
5. Understanding of confidentiality and privacy regulations regarding client care.

Bonus If You:

1. Have prior experience in home care or a similar field.
2. Possess CPR and First Aid certification.
3. Are fluent in multiple languages, including Spanish.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available for Full-Time or Part-Time work, with flexible availability needed throughout the week, including weekends.

Location:

This position is on-site only in Leander, Texas.
