Role Overview

As a Part-Time RN/LPN, you’ll provide meaningful, one-on-one skilled nursing care to patients throughout the Greenville and Quinlan areas.

This role offers the flexibility to build a schedule that works for you while making a lasting difference in the lives of your patients and their families. You’ll work independently in the community while remaining supported by our clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing visits and individualized patient care based on each patient’s needs.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established care plans.
• Perform wound care and monitor patients’ progress and healing.
• Complete thorough patient assessments and communicate changes in condition appropriately.
• Educate patients and families on care needs, treatments, and health management.
• Collaborate with the BrightStar Care clinical team and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity and quality of care.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.

Qualifications

You may be a great fit for this opportunity if you have:

• A current Texas RN or LPN license in good standing.
• A compassionate, dependable approach to patient care.
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently while remaining connected with the clinical team.
• Strong organization and the ability to prioritize patient needs.
• Previous home health, private duty, or community nursing experience is a plus.

Bonus If You Have

• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Pediatric nursing experience.
• Wound care experience.
• Additional nursing certifications or specialized clinical experience.
