Business Development Representative
About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a sharp, connected Business Development Representative who knows how to build relationships that convert. If you have a network in healthcare or senior services and the drive to work it this role was built for you. Commission-only after ramp, no ceiling, no micromanagement.
What You’ll Do
•Own and grow referral relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities, physicians’ offices, senior living communities, assisted living facilities (ALFs), estate attorneys, and financial advisors.
•Show up — in person — across Rocklin, Roseville, Sacramento, and surrounding communities.
•Represent our brand at health fairs, chamber events, and senior-focused networking functions.
•Educate partners and families on our services, standards, and what makes us different.
•Track your pipeline and report weekly to the Owner/CEO.
•Collaborate with the care coordination team to ensure smooth client onboarding and handoffs.
What We’re Looking For
•1+ years in healthcare sales, home health, hospice, senior services, or community liaison work.
•An existing referral network in Sacramento/Placer County — this is a serious advantage.
•A closer. Someone who opens doors, follows through, and doesn’t need to be pushed.
•Passion for serving seniors and the families who love them.
•Valid driver’s license and willingness to be in the field regularly.
•Ability to operate as an independent contractor; responsible for your own taxes and business expenses.
Compensation
We back our people from day one. While you’re building your pipeline, you’ll receive a monthly stipend for the first 3 months — so you can focus on relationships. The moment your first client goes on service, commission starts. Every billable hour counts from hour one.
After the ramp period, it’s full commission plus monthly performance bonuses that scale aggressively with your client volume. The more you build, the more your compensation grows.
