Role Overview:

As a Home Care Aide at Homewatch CareGivers, you will be responsible for providing essential care and support to clients within their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our caregiving team to assist clients with activities of daily living, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment while maintaining effective communication with clients and their families. This is an on-site position located in Roseville, Rocklin, Sacramento, and surrounding counties, including Yolo and Yuba, allowing you to provide compassionate and professional care directly to our clients. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are highly desirable to support our client community.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist clients with activities of daily living as outlined in the care plan.
2. Promote a safe and comfortable living environment for clients.
3. Maintain effective communication with clients and their families.
4. Take clients to appointments or run errands as needed.
5. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Experience in caregiving or related field.
2. Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages such as Punjabi, Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian, or Chinese is a plus.
3. Demonstrated integrity and a strong work ethic.
4. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
5. Compassionate attitude and commitment to client advocacy.

Bonus If You:

1. Have relevant certifications such as CPR or First Aid.
2. Have training in specialized care areas (e.g., dementia care, physical disabilities).
3. Possess experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as both Full Time and Part Time, with availability required Monday through Sunday.
