Sales Marketing

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Sales & Marketing Specialist to grow our home care business throughout the Charlotte market.

This is a hands-on sales role for someone who loves meeting people, building relationships, creating opportunities, and winning business—while knowing that every referral represents a family that may need help caring for someone they love.

Your mission is to build referral relationships, generate qualified leads, increase client admissions, and strengthen our presence in the Charlotte healthcare and senior-care community.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Business Development

• Develop and maintain referral relationships with physician practices, hospitals, case managers, social workers, assisted living communities, rehabilitation facilities, hospice, home health, senior living, elder law attorneys, and geriatric care managers.
• Conduct daily prospecting through calls, emails, office visits, networking, and community outreach.
• Schedule and conduct referral-partner meetings, Lunch and Learn.
• Identify new referral opportunities and develop targeted accounts.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and referral partners.
• Convert qualified opportunities into new client admissions.

Marketing

• Represent the agency professionally throughout Charlotte.
• Attend networking events, health fairs, senior events, and professional meetings.
• Conduct educational presentations and lunch-and-learns.
• Develop referral leave-behinds, newsletters, email campaigns, and educational materials.
• Communicate the agency's value proposition clearly and persuasively.
• Support social media and community marketing initiatives.

Relationship Management

• Maintain regular contact with referral partners.
• Thank and recognize referral sources.
• Re-engage inactive referral relationships.
• Provide exceptional communication throughout the referral and admission process.
• Become a trusted resource for professionals and families seeking home care.

CRM & Reporting

• Maintain accurate CRM records.
• Document calls, visits, meetings, referrals, and follow-ups.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Submit weekly activity and referral reports.
• Monitor referral-source performance and identify growth opportunities.
