Caregiver/CNA - I Full-Time and Part-Time I $16-$19 Per Hour I Mentor and Chardon and Surrounding Areas

Role Overview:

As a Caregiver / CNA at FirstLight Home Care, you will be responsible for providing compassionate, non-medical care to seniors and adults in the comfort of their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our team to support our clients in experiencing the quality of life they deserve. Whether you work full-time or part-time, you’ll contribute to creating meaningful connections and ensuring peace of mind for families.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assisting clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
2. Providing companionship and social support to enhance client well-being.
3. Preparing meals and assisting with household tasks as needed.
4. Transporting clients to appointments or social activities, maintaining client safety during travel.
5. Collaborate with the care team to ensure clients receive tailored care that meets their needs.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Compassionate approach to caregiving, with a strong desire to help others.
2. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or relevant caregiving experience.
3. Ability to communicate effectively in English.
4. Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to consistency in care.
5. Willingness to work at least 20 hours per week, with availability to assist clients on weekdays and weekends.

Bonus If You:

1. Have experience in a similar caregiving role.
2. Possess additional certifications related to home care or health services.
3. Are familiar with working with clients with dementia or other specific needs.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position offers both Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities, with availability on weekdays and weekends.

Location:

This position is on-site, specifically within the Chardon, Ohio area and surrounding Northeast Ohio communities.
