Role Overview:

As an In-Home Caregiver at FirstLight Home Care BuxMont, you will be responsible for providing compassionate support and assistance to our clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with clients and their families to ensure their comfort and well-being. Whether you work full-time or part-time, you’ll have the flexibility to create a schedule that meets your family’s needs while making a meaningful impact in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
2. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
3. Help with medication reminders and basic healthcare tasks as needed.
4. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
5. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure the best care possible.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Compassionate and caring nature, with a genuine desire to help others.
2. Experience with bed bound patients
3. Dependability and a strong work ethic.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required.

Bonus If You:

1. Have prior experience caring for seniors or individuals with disabilities.
2. Possess any relevant certifications or training in caregiving.
3. Are bilingual, which can enhance communication with clients.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position includes both Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities with availability across all days of the week.

Location:

This position is on-site only and is available in Plumsteadville, Perkasie, Doylestown, Lansdale and surrounding areas.
