Job Description:

Homewatch CareGivers is seeking a Part-Time Home Care Nurse Supervisor for our Tampa office. This position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work in a supportive, team-oriented environment. This is an in-office and field-based role (no remote work).

In addition to clinical oversight, this role will serve as an additional administrator for the agency, supporting audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and assisting leadership in achieving and maintaining licensure for skilled services.

As a Nurse Supervisor, you will build meaningful relationships with clients and caregivers, expand your skill set, and receive CEUs through our free online learning university.

Responsibilities:

• Perform new client assessments/admissions
• Conduct quality assurance and supervisory visits
• Communicate with staff, clients, and families to ensure proper execution of care plans
• Maintain professional relationships with clients, caregivers, and care team members
• Monitor caregiver compliance with company policies and client care plans
• Assist with employee training during onboarding and throughout caregiver tenure
• Maintain knowledge of home care practices to ensure compliance with Florida state regulations
• Serve as an additional administrator supporting:
  • Agency audits and survey readiness
  • Regulatory compliance and documentation standards
  • Policy and procedure development and updates
  • Preparation and support for skilled service licensure
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure the agency meets all state and accreditation requirements

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida
• 3+ years of home care, home health, or hospice experience (preferred)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of state regulations, compliance, and audit processes (preferred)
• Must maintain nursing license and required competencies in accordance with agency policies
• Bilingual (preferred but not required)
