About Us:

At Assisting Hands Home Care, we understand that completing everyday tasks and living on your own can become challenging as you age. Our licensed and trained caregivers are available to help you overcome these obstacles and provide in-home care so you can maintain your independence. We provide personal care and companionship to adults with limitations and seniors who need home care, including those with dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, and Parkinson’s disease. We offer a helping hand by providing hospice care, post-hospitalization care, live-in and 24/7 home care services.

Role Overview:

As a CNA at Assisting Hands of Preston Hollow, you will be responsible for providing compassionate personal care and companionship to our clients. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our caregiving team to ensure that each client receives the supportive services they need to maintain their independence and quality of life. Whether you work remotely or on-site in the Dallas area, you’ll have the flexibility to support clients in meaningful ways.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
2. Provide companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
3. Monitor client health and report any changes to the supervising care manager.
4. Administer medications and assist with simple healthcare tasks under supervision.
5. Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients to ensure their comfort and safety.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Valid CNA certification and training in Texas.
2. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
3. Experience in personal or home health care preferred.
4. Empathy and compassion for the elderly and individuals with disabilities.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Bonus If You:

1. Have experience working with clients with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease.
2. Possess additional certifications related to caregiving or healthcare.
3. Are fluent in a second language.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is Full-Time, Monday through Friday.

Location:

This position is fully remote and open to any candidate in the USA.
