Role Overview:

As an In-Home Caregiver at Assisting Hands North Austin, you will be responsible for providing personalized, non-medical support services to our clients, enabling them to maintain their dignity and independence in the comfort of their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our dedicated team to ensure that individuals receive the compassionate care they deserve. Whether you work full-time, part-time, or on-call, you’ll have the flexibility to accommodate your schedule while making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide compassionate, non-medical personal care services to clients in their homes.
2. Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
3. Monitor and document clients' progress and changes in their health status.
4. Support clients in maintaining their independence and dignity.
5. Collaborate with our care team to ensure tailored support plans are met, prioritizing our clients’ well-being.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Strong communication skills, including proficiency in English.
2. Compassionate and dedicated to providing quality care.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Flexibility to adapt to varying client needs and schedules.
5. Previous experience in home care or a related field is a plus.

Bonus If You:

1. Have certifications in CPR or First Aid.
2. Are familiar with dementia or Alzheimer's care.
3. Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as both Full-Time and Part-Time, with flexible scheduling options including weekdays and weekends.

Location:

This position is on-site only, located in Georgetown, Texas.
