Role Overview:

As a Caregiver at Home Helpers, you will be responsible for providing compassionate care and support to clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with healthcare professionals and the caregiving team to ensure that each client receives personalized, high-quality care tailored to their specific needs. Whether you work full-time or part-time, you will have the flexibility to create a schedule that accommodates your lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist clients with daily living activities, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and mobility support.
2. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and engaging environment.
3. Maintain a clean and safe living space for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
4. Document and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the appropriate team members.
5. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the best care for each client, following tailored care plans.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Experience in caregiving or a related field is required.
2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
3. Compassionate and patient demeanor, dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for clients.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Bonus If You:

1. Have certifications such as CPR or First Aid.
2. Have experience working with specific conditions like dementia or Alzheimer's.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as Full-Time or Part-Time and includes shifts across all days of the week.
