Role Overview:

As a Caregiver / HHA at Assisting Hands Emerald Coast Central, you will be responsible for providing personalized in-home support services to our clients. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our administrative team and healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care is delivered. Whether you work full-time or part-time, you’ll have the flexibility to create a schedule that accommodates your life while providing the essential support our clients need.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide compassionate care and support to clients in their homes.
2. Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
3. Maintain clear and accurate client records and report any changes in their condition to the administrative team.
4. Engage and interact with clients to help maintain their mental and emotional well-being.
5. Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or equivalent experience.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide excellent support.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Compassionate nature and a strong commitment to helping others.
5. Reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
6. First-aid and CPR certification.

Bonus If You:

1. Have experience working with elderly or disabled individuals.
2. Are fluent in additional languages to better assist clients.
3. Have flexibility in your life schedule

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as Full-Time or Part-Time, with availability needed Monday through Sunday.

This position is looking for caregivers who can take clients in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida and the surrounding area.
