Assisting Hands Home Care Grand Rapids is hiring compassionate and dependable In-Home Caregivers to provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes.

We are looking for caregivers who enjoy helping others and want a flexible, rewarding opportunity to make a difference in their community.

Schedule

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts may be available
• Flexible scheduling based on client needs and caregiver availability

Responsibilities

As an In-Home Caregiver, you may assist clients with:

• Companionship and conversation
• Personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Mobility and transfer assistance
• Transportation and errands
• Assistance with daily activities
• Providing a safe and comfortable home environment

Qualifications

• Compassionate and dependable
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a client’s home
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to meet applicable background check and employment requirements
• CPR or first aid training/certificate or willingness to obtain upon hire
• Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required for all positions
