Role Overview:

As a Caregiver / CNA at BrightStar Care of Fairfax, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and personalized care to clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our care team to ensure that we deliver high-quality services to our clients, aligning with our mission of enhancing the community’s well-being. Whether you work full-time or part-time, you’ll have the flexibility to create a schedule that fits your needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care services, such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation, tailored to individual client needs.
• Assist with mobility and provide companionship to enhance the quality of life for clients.
• Monitor and document client health and well-being, reporting changes to nursing staff as needed.
• Support clients with daily living activities and implement prescribed care plans.
• Provide client transportation as needed utilizing personal vehicle (REQUIRED-NOT OPTIONAL) -We provide mileage reimbursement!

• Hourly Rate: $20-23/hr. for Licensed CNAs
• Hourly Rate: $19-21/hr. for PCA (with certificate)
• Hourly Rate: $18-19/hr. for Caregiver/DSP/HHA
• $55 for 2hr bath visits ($27.50/hr)

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following:

• Compassionate nature and dedication to providing quality care.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Prior experience in home healthcare or relevant field
• Insured Auto/valid driver's license
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to travel to locations in Fairfax County/surrounding areas
• Physical ability to complete demands of job (must be able to lift, stand, bend, kneel, twist, push/pull up to 50 lbs)
