Role Overview:

As a Home Caregiver at Home Helpers, you will be responsible for providing compassionate care to our clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with family members and healthcare providers to deliver personalized support and ensure the safety and comfort of individuals who choose to remain independent at home. This position is on-site and requires your presence in Bloomington, Illinois, to deliver exceptional care each day.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Providing companionship and emotional support to clients.
2. Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
3. Performing light housekeeping and homemaking duties.
4. Accompanying clients to appointments and social activities.
5. Maintaining clear communication with family members and the Home Helpers team to ensure consistent care delivery.

Qualifications:

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Empathy and compassion for individuals in need of care.
3. Ability to perform light household tasks and personal care duties.
4. Reliability and punctuality to maintain routine visits.
5. Willingness to work collaboratively with the Home Helpers team.

Bonus If You:

1. Have experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities.
2. Possess certifications in CPR or First Aid.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is Full-Time/Part - Time , Monday through Friday in Bloomington.

Location:

This position is on-site only in Bloomington, Illinois.
