The Role

As a Caregiver / CNA, you’ll provide compassionate, one-on-one care to clients in the comfort of their own homes. You’ll help clients maintain their independence, stay connected to their daily routines, and enjoy a better quality of life.

You’ll work closely with our supportive care team while also having the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with the clients you serve.

This is an on-site, part-time position serving clients in Fort Worth, Texas.

What You’ll Do

• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Help with errands and accompany clients to appointments when needed
• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living
• Support clients with mobility and other routine care needs
• Follow the individualized plan of care and client-specific instructions
• Communicate important updates or changes in client condition to the appropriate team members
• Complete accurate electronic documentation of care provided
• Promote client dignity, safety, independence, and overall well-being

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Have previous experience as a caregiver, home health aide, CNA, or in a similar role
• Have strong communication skills in English
• Are compassionate, dependable, and genuinely enjoy helping others
• Can work independently while also being a strong team player
• Are comfortable using a smartphone for communication and electronic documentation
• Have flexible availability and are willing to work based on client needs

Bonus If You Have

• CNA or HHA certification
• Experience caring for elderly, disabled, or chronically ill clients
• Experience working with clients living with Alzheimer's, dementia, Parkinson's, or other chronic conditions
• Experience providing personal care or assistance with activities of daily living

Schedule & Employment Type

Part-Time | Flexible Scheduling | Fort Worth, TX

Availability may be needed across all days of the week, depending on client needs and your availability.

Because our clients' needs vary, hours are based on client availability, caregiver availability, and scheduling needs.
