Right at Home Mid Michigan is the company that believes our clients thrive better when able to live at home. Our scheduling model is different. While we offer flexible scheduling, we also extend client schedules out by quarter. This means that when a caregiver is a good match for the client, the caregiver is put on recurring shifts and is also extended on the client schedule every quarter.

Caregivers that work evening or weekend shifts are paid $1-$2 more hourly as a thank you!

We work to keep caregivers in or near their own community.
