Role Overview:

As a Part Time Caregiver at FirstLight Home Care of Southeast Georgia, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and personalized care to clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our team to ensure that our clients enjoy the quality of life they deserve. Whether you work during the day, evening, overnight, or weekends, you’ll have the flexibility to create a schedule that accommodates both client needs and your availability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide companionship and engage clients in conversation.
2. Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
3. Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
4. Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
5. Remind clients to take their medications on time.
6. Assist with mobility and transferring clients as needed.
7. Provide transportation and run errands for clients.
8. Support clients with their daily activities to enhance their independence.

Qualifications:

2. Strong communication skills.
3. Ability to work independently in a client's home.
4. Reliable transportation for travel to clients' homes.
5. Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.

Employment Type & Availability:

This is a Part-Time position that may include day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts based on client needs and caregiver availability.

Location:

This position is on-site only and located in Woodbine, Georgia.
