Role Overview:

As a Caregiver at Assisting Hands Home Care, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and personalized in-home support to our clients. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our caregiving team to assist seniors and individuals in need, helping them maintain their dignity and independence. This is an on-site position based in the Southern Middle TN areas such as Manchester and Winchester, where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
2. Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
3. Provide medication reminders and help manage clients' health care needs.
4. Perform light housekeeping tasks and assist with errands and transportation.
5. Offer companionship and emotional support, fostering a friendly and caring environment for clients.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Experience in caregiving or related field.
2. Strong communication skills, and ability to connect with clients.
3. Compassionate and patient approach to caregiving.
4. Ability to assist clients in maintaining personal hygiene and household tasks.
5. Reliable and punctual with a commitment to client care.

Bonus If You:

1. Have certifications in First Aid or CPR.
2. Possess a driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
3. Are fluent in languages other than English.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as both Full-Time and Part-Time, with availability required on Monday through Sunday.

Location:

This position is on-site, located in Jasper, Tennessee.
