Role Overview:

As a Compassionate Caregiver at Assisting Hands ECC, you will be responsible for providing personalized in-home support services to our clients. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our administrative team & healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care is delivered. Whether you work full-time or part-time, you'll have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of those you assist every day.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide compassionate in-home care
2. Assist with personal care & activities of daily living
3. Prepare meals & provide medication reminders
4. Monitor and report changes in client needs
5. Promote client dignity & independence
6. Work closely with our care team

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Previous experience in a caregiving role or similar position.
2. Strong communication skills.
3. Compassionate and patient demeanor with a strong desire to help others.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. A current CNA license or HHA certification
6. Valid CPR certification
7. Eligibility for a Level 2 Background Check

Bonus If You:

1. Have experience working with specific populations, such as the elderly or disabled.
2. Required CNA/HHA coursework completed (we can provide a list of requirements)
3. Are familiar with basic medical terminology and client care documentation.
4. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as both Full-Time and Part-Time, with flexible scheduling options to work across all days of the week.

Location:

We service 4 counties including: Okaloosa, Escambia, Santa Rosa and Walton.
