Whether you’re looking for baby gear, seasonal outfits, or stylish accessories, our store provides a clean, organized, and welcoming shopping experience.

Role Overview:

As a Customer Service Associate at Kid to Kid Orem, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to our shoppers. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless shopping experience and assist customers with their needs. You’ll have the opportunity to engage with our community in a friendly, on-site environment, contributing to our commitment to environmental stewardship and equality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers warmly as they enter the store and assist them with their shopping needs.
2. Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register.
3. Maintain a clean and organized store environment
4. Provide information on store promotions, services, and products to enhance customer experience.
5. Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
6. Tag & Hang Clothing and stock to floor
7. Stock Toys and Shoes

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
4. Basic cash handling and math skills.
5. Experience in retail or customer service is a plus.

Bonus If You:

1. Are familiar with sustainability practices in retail.
2. Have experience with inventory management systems.
3. Speak additional languages to assist a diverse customer base.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is Full-Time, Monday through Friday.

Location:

This position is on-site only at our Orem, Utah location.
