HVAC Controls / BAS Technician

Location: Greater Charlotte Area, NC

Compensation: $70,000–$85,000 annually, bonuses, company vehicle, comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Focus: Serve as the primary contact for BAS requests, ensuring top-tier client satisfaction.
• Systems Expertise: Install, program, and troubleshoot direct digital control (DDC) systems.
• Safety Standards: Uphold safety protocols while managing on-site coordination and resources.
• Technical Leadership: Commission, program, and validate BAS automation systems, including testing and closeout documentation.
• Collaborative Projects: Work closely with project managers and clients to deliver seamless integrations and operational excellence.

What You Must Bring

• Experience: 3–5 years in HVAC/Controls / BAS / DDC hands-on expertise required.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in LAN, BACnet, Modbus, and other communication protocols is a plus.
• Certifications: Niagara AX/N4 and other formal training in BAS systems preferred.
• Physical Readiness: Able to navigate confined spaces, work at heights, and lift equipment up to 40 lbs.
• Education: High School Diploma (required); technical certification or degree (preferred).
• Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities, problem-solving mindset, and adaptability in dynamic environments.
