Role Overview:

As a Caregiver at Nurse Next Door, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and assistance to individuals in need, enhancing their quality of life in various settings, including home care services and assisted living facilities. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our compassionate team to ensure that each client feels valued and respected. Whether you work remotely, you’ll have the flexibility to manage your schedule while making a significant impact on the lives of seniors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide personal care and companionship to clients, attending to their daily activities with kindness and respect.
2. Assist clients with mobility, personal hygiene, and meals to ensure their comfort and dignity.
3. Maintain clear communication with clients and their families regarding their needs and preferences.
4. Document care plans and progress, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
5. Collaborate with case managers and healthcare providers to coordinate the best care for each individual.

Qualifications:

You’re a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Compassion and genuine passion for premium client care.
2. Strong communication skills in English to connect effectively with clients and families.
3. Ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy.
4. Experience in caregiving roles preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential.
5. Flexibility to work in various settings and adapt to the needs of the clients.

Bonus If You:

1. Have certifications in caregiving or related fields.
2. Are familiar with memory care techniques.
3. Possess experience in homecare services.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is Part-Time. We provide care 24/7, so visits may be scheduled early morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight to meet our clients’ needs.

Location:

This position is fully remote but restricted to candidates located in New Mexico.
