Role Overview:

As an In-Home Care Professional at Assisting Hands North Austin, you will be responsible for providing personalized, non-medical support services to our clients, enabling them to maintain their dignity and independence in the comfort of their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our dedicated team to ensure that individuals receive the compassionate care they deserve. Whether you work full-time, part-time, or on-call, you’ll have the flexibility to contribute meaningfully to our clients’ lives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide compassionate care and assistance to clients in their homes.
2. Help clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
3. Maintain accurate documentation of client care and progress.
4. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
5. Assist in implementing care plans that respect and promote clients’ choices and preferences.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Experience in home care or a similar caregiving role.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Commitment to providing high-quality care with integrity and compassion.
5. Fluency in English to ensure effective communication.

Bonus If You:

1. Have certifications such as CPR or First Aid.
2. Are familiar with age-related challenges and elder care.
3. Possess additional language skills to better serve diverse clients.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position offers both Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities, with availability needed Monday through Sunday.

Location:

This position is on-site only in Austin, Texas.
