Role Overview:

As an In-Home Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers, you will be responsible for enhancing the daily lives of our clients through compassionate and reliable care. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our team to implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client. Whether you work full-time, part-time, or flexible shifts, you’ll have the opportunity to make a significant impact in your community.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
2. Provide companionship and engagement to enhance well-being and alleviate loneliness.
3. Deliver care and support in accordance with personalized care plans, tailored to each client's unique needs.
4. Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients, adhering to health and safety standards.
5. Communicate effectively with team members and clients, keeping everyone informed on care progress.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Compassionate nature and a passion for supporting people.
2. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
3. Experience in caregiving or related field preferred, but not required.
4. Ability to work well independently and as part of a collaborative team.
5. Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.

Bonus If You:

1. Have a background in healthcare or experience as a caregiver.
2. Possess CPR/First Aid certification.
3. Are bilingual or speak additional languages.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is Full-Time and available on Monday through Sunday.

Location:

This position is on-site only at Homewatch Caregivers Rock Hill, South Carolina.
