REGIONAL SALES MANAGER - ROUTE SALES w/ MAGLINE
Location: State of Georgia (Atlanta, Macon, Columbus, Augusta, etc.)

Hands on Route Sales Supervisors / Managers from firms like Ecolab, Cintas, Aramark, Frito Lay, coffee, water, food/beverage distribution centers. Also, military veterans and other field managers in distribution and manufacturing.
The Job in 20 Seconds:
A hands-on leadership role focused on mentoring, managing, and motivating a team of 7 route sales representatives calling on Distribution Centers across the Southeast.
You also will Independently call on Distribution Centers in your Region to "prime the pump," so to speak, for your Route Sales Representatives when they make calls.
You’ll build relationships, ensure operational efficiency, and even run a route yourself when one of your folks is on vacation, out sick, in training, etc.
Travel is a significant part of this role, averaging 50–75%. All expenses are paid + top benefits.

What You Must Bring:
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a team effectively.
Sales Experience: 5+ years in sales, preferably with experience in route sales or a similar field.
Flexibility and Mobility: Willingness to travel 50–75% of the time.
Hands-On Mindset: Comfort traveling with your reps and stepping in to run routes as needed.
Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are alike.
