Role Overview:

As a Caregiver / HHA at Assisting Hands Emerald Coast Central, you will be responsible for providing personalized in-home support services to elderly and disabled clients. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our care teams to ensure that our clients maintain their dignity and independence while receiving the highest standard of care. Whether you work full time or part time, you’ll have the flexibility to choose your working hours to best match your availability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide compassionate and personalized care to clients in their homes.
2. Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
3. Support clients with mobility and transportation as necessary.
4. Engage clients in meaningful conversation and companionship to enhance their quality of life.
5. Communicate effectively with family members and clinical staff to keep everyone informed about client progress and any issues that arise.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. A genuine passion for caring for others.
2. Have had a Level 2 Background/Fingerprinting done.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
5. CPR certified.

Bonus If You:

1. Possess a valid HHA certification.
2. Have experience with personal care for elderly or disabled individuals.
3. Previous experience as a caregiver or Home Health Aide (HHA) is a plus but not required.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available for both Full-Time and Part-Time roles, with availability needed seven days a week.

Location:

This position is based in the Santa Rosa Beach - Miramar - Freeport area and is open to candidates located in the USA.
