Orchards Assisted Living, owned and operated by Ohana Ventures, is located in Medford, Oregon. We are an Assisted Living Community striving to provide a homelike environment that incorporates dignity, independence, individuality, choice, and privacy for our residents. Due to our close proximity to downtown there are medical offices, shopping and parks, with easy access to essential services and leisure activities.

As a Caregiver at Orchards, you will play a critical role in providing compassionate care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include assisting residents with activities of daily living, promoting a safe and supportive environment, and fostering a sense of community within our senior care community. Whether you work on-site, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
2. Monitor and document changes in residents' physical and emotional condition.
3. Promote a safe and supportive environment for residents, fostering a sense of security and well-being.
4. Encourage and support social and recreational activities within the community.
5. Collaborate with the care team to ensure the highest quality of care for our residents.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills:

1. Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Empathy and compassion for the senior population.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
5. Reliability and professionalism in caregiving responsibilities.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as both Full-Time and Part-Time. Availability can include Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Location:

This position is on-site only.
