Account Manager

LIME Painting is hiring full-time Account Managers.

This is more than a traditional sales role. As an Account Manager, you’ll build relationships with high-end residential and commercial clients, generate your own opportunities, close projects, and manage the client experience from the first conversation through the final walkthrough.

What You’ll Do:

• Generate leads through canvassing, networking, referrals, and outreach
• Meet with clients, conduct consultations, and close proposals
• Manage active painting and restoration projects
• Maintain your pipeline and build long-term client relationships
• Work directly with production teams to ensure an exceptional client experience

Requirements: Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a minimum 40-hour weekly commitment.

Compensation: Total expected first-year earnings include base pay, commissions, and bonuses.
