Role Overview:

As an In-Home Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers of Ventura, you will be responsible for enhancing the lives of our clients every day. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our supportive team to provide personalized care that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. Whether you work full-time or part-time, you’ll have the flexibility to work around your availability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement personalized care plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
2. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
3. Prepare nutritious meals according to client preferences and dietary needs.
4. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
5. Document and report any changes in clients’ conditions to the appropriate team members.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Compassionate and caring attitude towards clients and their needs.
2. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
3. Strong communication skills in English.
4. Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and schedules.
5. Previous caregiving experience is a plus but not required.

Bonus If You:

1. Have CPR and First Aid certification.
2. Hold a Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position includes both Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities with availability needed throughout the week, including weekends.

Location:

This position is on-site only, located in Ventura, California.
