Role Overview:

As an Elderly Caregiver at Assisting Hands Home Care, you will be responsible for providing compassionate in-home care to clients in Houston, Texas. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our team to ensure that each client receives tailored support that respects their individual choices and preferences. Whether you work remotely or in-person, you'll have the flexibility to adjust your schedule within the outlined hours while making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
2. Provide companionship and support to encourage social engagement and emotional well-being.
3. Help clients with mobility and transportation to appointments or errands.
4. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
5. Document client progress and communicate any changes to the supervising staff.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Previous experience in caregiving or related fields.
2. Strong communication skills, with fluency in English.
3. Compassionate and patient attitude towards elderly individuals.
4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
5. Willingness to undergo background checks and adhere to health protocols.

Bonus If You:

1. Have certifications in CPR or First Aid.
2. Possess additional language skills that can communicate with a diverse client base.
3. Have experience working with individuals with disabilities.

Employment Type & Availability:

This is a Part-Time position with availability Monday through Friday.

Location:

This position is fully remote, open to candidates within the USA.
