Role Overview:

As a Crew Member at Killer Burger, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and maintaining the high standards of our burger-making craft. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure a top-notch dining experience for our guests. You’ll have the flexibility to contribute to our unique and lively atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
2. Prepare and cook our 100% natural beef burgers and other menu items with precision and efficiency.
3. Collaborate with the team to maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas.
4. Work alongside the front-of-house staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
5. Assist in upholding our commitment to quality and consistency in all aspects of the dining experience.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
3. Adherence to food safety and sanitation procedures
4. Basic math and cash handling skills
5. High school diploma or equivalent

Bonus If You:

1. Have previous experience in the food service industry
2. Hold a valid food handler's permit or ServSafe certification
3. Are fluent in Spanish in addition to English

We're looking for someone in Hayden, Idaho as this is an in-person position.
