Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) - Part-Time

Role Overview:

As a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) at BrightStar Care, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes within the Canton area. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and support. You will have the flexibility to work part-time during the weekdays, ensuring you can maintain a balance between your professional and personal life.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct skilled nursing visits as per patient needs.
2. Administer medications and perform wound care.
3. Document patient assessments and collaborate with care teams.
4. Educate patients and their families regarding care plans and health management.
5. Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Current Texas RN license.
2. Current CPR certification.
3. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
4. Ability to communicate effectively in English.
5. Experience in home health or skilled nursing preferred.

Bonus If You:

1. Have experience in patient and family education.
2. Possess knowledge of care coordination with interdisciplinary teams.
3. Hold additional certifications in specialty nursing fields.

Employment Type & Availability:

This is a Part-Time position available Monday through Friday.

Location:

This position is on-site only and located in Canton, Texas.
