Role Overview:

As a Caregiver / HHA at Assisting Hands Home Care of Fort Mill, you will be responsible for providing compassionate, personalized assistance to seniors and individuals with disabilities in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our dedicated team to ensure our clients maintain their independence and quality of life. You will work on-site in Rock Hill, South Carolina, and have the opportunity to create a flexible schedule that fits your availability throughout the week.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Providing personal care assistance such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
2. Assisting clients with mobility and transfers in and out of bed or chairs.
3. Preparing and serving meals according to dietary specifications.
4. Administering medication reminders and monitoring client health.
5. Offering companionship and engaging clients in meaningful activities.
6. Maintaining a clean and safe environment in the client's home.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Experience in caregiving or home health support.
2. Strong communication skills in English.
3. Ability to work with diverse populations and demonstrate compassion in caregiving.
4. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
5. Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or equivalent preferred but not mandatory.

Bonus If You:

1. Have additional training in areas like Alzheimer's or dementia care.
2. Possess CPR and First Aid certification.
3. Have prior experience in a home care agency environment.

Employment Type & Availability:

This is a Part-Time position with availability from Monday through Sunday.

Location:

This position is on-site in Rock Hill, South Carolina, and is open only to candidates located in the USA.
