Role Overview:

As a PRN Registered Nurse at Homewatch CareGivers of Billings, you will be responsible for delivering compassionate and professional in-home care to our clients. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our care team to ensure our clients' needs are met with the utmost dignity and respect. You will have the flexibility to work on a part-time basis which allows for a balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assess clients' health conditions and needs.
2. Administer medications, perform wound care, injections, infusions and other services within the RN scope of practice.
3. Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
4. Create and implement personalized care plans tailored to each client.
5. Monitor and report changes in clients’ health status.
6. Educate clients and their families on health management and procedures.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Montana.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RN.
3. Strong communication skills in English.
4. Experience in home healthcare or a similar setting.
5. Ability to work effectively and compassionately with diverse populations.
6. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Bonus If You:

1. Have specialized training in gerontology or palliative care.
2. Possess additional nursing certifications.
3. Are bilingual or multilingual.

Employment Type & Availability:

This is a PRN position available Monday through Sunday.

Location:

This position is on-site only, located in Billings, Montana.
