Role Overview:

As a Home Care Aide, you will be responsible for delivering compassionate and individualized support to clients in the comfort of their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with a dedicated team to follow designated care plans aimed at enhancing the lives of those we serve. You’ll work in a variety of locations while ensuring the highest quality of care.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and companionship.
2. Maintain a care plan that meets individual client needs and goals.
3. Monitor and document changes in client conditions and report any concerns to the supervising staff.
4. Provide medication reminders and assist clients with their prescribed treatment regimens.
5. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance clients' overall well-being and care outcomes.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
2. Empathy and compassion for the elderly and those requiring support.
3. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
4. Prior experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
5. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, as needed.

Bonus If You:

1. Hold a valid certification in CPR or First Aid.
2. Have completed additional training or certifications in caregiving.
3. Are bilingual.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available for both Full-Time and Part-Time employment, with availability required from Monday through Sunday and possibly nights.

Location:

We support clients in West Hollywood, Culver City and various areas in Los Angeles.
