Role Overview:

As a Field Sales Representative at Homewatch CareGivers of Southwest Broward, you will be responsible for driving sales and establishing relationships within the Southwest Broward area. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our care management team to promote our home care services and ensure patients receive the support they need. Whether you work remotely or on-site, you’ll have the flexibility to connect with potential patients and partners effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare market.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, partners, and referral sources.
3. Conduct market research to understand patients needs and preferences.
4. Present and promote Homewatch CareGivers services to prospects effectively.
5. Collaborate with care management to address patients needs and inquiries.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in healthcare or related fields.
2. Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
3. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
4. Demonstrated understanding of the healthcare landscape and services.
5. Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
6. Bilingual, English and Spanish.

Preferred:

1. Have knowledge or experience in home care services.
2. Possess a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or healthcare.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is Full-Time, Monday through Friday.

Broward County, Florida.
