Caregiver – Make a Difference Every Day

As a caregiver, you'll help seniors and adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they love most—their own home.

You'll provide non-skilled personal care and companionship, including:

• Personal care, bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Medication reminders
• Meal preparation
• Assistance with mobility, including walkers, wheelchairs, and transfers
• Meaningful companionship and conversation
• Light housekeeping (no heavy cleaning)

You'll document each visit using our simple, paperless mobile app, allowing you to spend more time caring for clients and less time on paperwork.

What You'll Do

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility)
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Document care using our easy-to-use mobile app
• Communicate changes or concerns to the office
• Help clients maintain their independence while treating them with dignity and respect

No medical experience is required beyond the qualifications below. We provide training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

What We're Looking For

• At least one year of caregiving or healthcare-related experience (professional or caring for a family member)
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation
• Current auto insurance (if driving)
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain after hire)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (company paid)
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Dependable, compassionate, and trustworthy
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
