Role Overview:

As a Receptionist at Pacific View Assisted Living & Memory Care, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming environment for residents, families, and visitors. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to be the first point of contact, offering exceptional customer service. You’ll have the flexibility to create a positive and supportive atmosphere for our community.

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting visitors, residents, and families with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, and providing basic information.
Assisting with administrative tasks such as sorting mail and managing schedules.
Coordinating with staff to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.
Maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area for all who enter the community.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm and courteous in all situations.
Proficiency in office management software and equipment.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is Part Time, Friday through Sunday with flexible availability to cover vacation time.

We're looking for someone in Bandon, Oregon, as this is an in-person position.
