Role Overview:

As a CNA at Homewatch CareGivers, you will be responsible for providing essential care and support to clients within their homes. In this role, you’ll assist clients with activities of daily living, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment while maintaining effective communication with clients and their families. This is an on-site position located in Placer, Sacramento, and surrounding areas - allowing you to provide compassionate and professional care directly to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist clients with activities of daily living as outlined in the care plan.
2. Promote a safe and comfortable living environment.
3. Maintain effective communication with clients and their families.
4. Document client progress and report any changes to the caregiving team.
5. Follow infection control protocols and safety guidelines at all times.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Valid CNA certification in California.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
4. Willingness to provide compassionate care with a strong work ethic.
5. Experience in a home care or healthcare setting is preferred.

Bonus If You:

1. Speak additional languages such as Punjabi, Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian, or Chinese.
2. Have additional certifications related to caregiving or healthcare.
3. Possess training in specialized areas of care.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as Full-Time and Part-Time, with hours available Monday through Sunday.
