Role Overview:

As a Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers of Lehigh Valley, you will be responsible for providing compassionate, dependable, and personalized in-home care for individuals of all ages. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to join a team that supports independence, dignity, and quality of life, bringing peace of mind to families. Whether you work on-site at our location in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, you’ll have the flexibility to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide compassionate and personalized care for individuals of all ages.
2. Build meaningful relationships with clients by focusing on companionship, safety, and overall well-being.
3. Maintain open communication, strong caregiver support, and a family-like culture that values respect and compassion.
4. Collaborate with the team to ensure the well-being and quality of life of our clients.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills:

1. Compassionate and caring nature
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Dependable and supportive approach to caregiving
4. Ability to work Monday through Friday and every other weekend
5. 2+ years of caregiving experience

Bonus If You:

1. Have first aid and CPR certification
2. Have memory care experience

This position is Part-Time/Full-Time

This position is in and around Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
