What You'll Do

As a caregiver, you'll provide one-on-one support to individuals in the comfort of their homes. Your responsibilities may include:

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs).
• Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and fall prevention.
• Prepare meals, assist with light housekeeping, and help with everyday household activities.
• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Assist with medication reminders and daily routines.
• Encourage independence while maintaining each client's dignity, comfort, and safety.

What We're Looking For

• Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
• Reliable transportation to assigned client locations.
• Ability to meet California Home Care Aide registration, background clearance, and applicable health requirements.
• Willingness to provide hands-on personal care and follow individualized care plans.
