Role Overview:

As a Caregiver at Home Helpers, you will be responsible for providing compassionate care and support to clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to ensure that each client receives personalized care that promotes their independence and dignity. Whether you work full-time or part-time, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you serve.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide daily assistance and companionship to clients in their homes.
2. Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
3. Help with meal preparation and medication reminders.
4. Provide homemaking services, including light cleaning and laundry.
5. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and address client needs.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Experience in caregiving or a related field preferable.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Compassionate and patient demeanor.
4. Ability to handle physical tasks involved in caregiving.
5. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.

Bonus If You:

1. Have formal caregiving certifications or training.
2. Are bilingual or have proficiency in a second language.
3. Possess experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as both Full Time and Part Time, with availability required from Monday through Sunday.

Location:

This position is on-site only and located in Eureka, Illinois.
