Role Overview:

As a Caregiver at Homewatch Care Givers, you will be responsible for providing superior quality home care services that align with our mission of person-centered care. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our team in St. Petersburg, Florida to ensure our clients receive the care and support they need. Whether you work with just one client or multiple, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference in our clients' lives and contribute to the healthcare continuum.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide compassionate and reliable care for clients in St. Petersburg, Florida.
2. Assist clients with activities of daily living, including meal preparation, medication reminders, and personal hygiene support.
3. Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients and report any changes in the client's condition to the care management team.
4. Collaborate with the care management team to ensure clients receive individualized care that aligns with their unique needs and preferences.
5. Take ownership of assigned tasks and help drive positive outcomes for our clients and their families.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Prior employment in in-home care or other relevant health care experience.
2. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
3. Compassionate and reliable with a strong dedication to helping others.
4. Ability to adapt to different client needs and provide person-centered care with innovation.

Bonus If You:

1. Are bilingual in English and Spanish.
2. Have your CNA License.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is Part-time, Monday through Friday with weekend availability as well

St. Petersburg, St Pete Beach, Gulf Port, Tierra Verde, Largo, Pinellas Park
