Role Overview:

As a Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers of Los Altos, you will play a crucial role in improving the lives of our clients by providing direct care and support in their homes. In this role, you’ll assist clients with daily activities, promote their safety, and ensure they feel comfortable and valued at all times. Whether you work full-time or part-time, you'll have the opportunity to create lasting, meaningful relationships with those who need your care.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
2. Provide companionship and emotional support to help clients feel valued.
3. Promote client safety and comfort while ensuring their independence.
4. Ensure timely assistance with medication reminders and transportation.
5. Work collaboratively with a compassionate and dedicated team to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

1. Proven experience in caregiving or a related field.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build meaningful relationships.
3. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
4. Empathy and compassion towards clients and their families.
5. Reliable, punctual, and committed to high-quality caregiving standards.

Bonus If You:

1. Have training or certification in First Aid and CPR.
2. Are fluent in a second language.
3. Have experience working with specific populations such as seniors or individuals with disabilities.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as both Full-Time and Part-Time, with availability needed on weekdays and weekends.

Location:

This position is on-site only, located in Los Altos, California.
